Economic Growth of Sumatera Selatan in Fourth Quarter 2018 was 6.04 percent

The economy of South Sumatra Province is based on the amount of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) on the basis of current prices in 2018 reaching Rp 419.72 trillion and on the basis of constant prices in 2010 reaching Rp 298.57 trillion.

The economy of the Province of South Sumatra in 2018 grew 6.04 percent (c-to-c). In terms of production, growth was driven by all business fields, with the highest growth achieved by the Supply and Food Drinking Business Field which grew by 13.15 percent. In terms of expenditure, the highest growth was achieved by the component of LNPRT consumption expenditure which grew by 8.57 percent
